作为一个卖水的二道贩子,我们也要学会自己使用思维框架了。

现在我要提出五个观念,并且使用它们来解决这个在推销中极难的问题——如何卖出一瓶水。

这个问题实际上是这样的:假设你作为HFDP公司商务部门的一员,你要如何重新策划并在上海引入Kristal这种高端水(玻璃瓶装,国外售价3$/L)

接下来,我会利用查理芒格有用的普遍观念来尝试解决这个问题。

The first helpful notion is that it is usually best to simplify problems by deciding big “no-brainer” questions first.

The second helpful notion mimics Galileo’s conclusion that scientific realiry is often revealed only by math as if math was the language of God. Galileo’s attitude also works well in messy, practical life.

The third helpful norion is that it is not enough to think problems through forward. You must also think in reverse, much like the rustic who wanted ro know where he was going to die so that he’d never go there.

The fourth helpful noion is that the best and most pracrical wisdom is elementary academic wisdom. But there is one extremely important qualification: You must think in a multidisciplinary manner.

The fifth helpful noion is that really big effects, lollapalooza effects, will often come only from large combinations of factors.
